Coconut-Rum Balls1 (12 ounce) box vanilla wafers, crushed 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 (3 1/2 ounce) can flaked coconut 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 1/4 cup rum In a large bowl, combine vanilla wafers, walnuts and coconut. Mix well. Add sweetened condensed milk and rum. Chill 4 hours or overnight. Dip palms of hands in confectioners' sugar. Shape chilled mixture by teaspoons into 1-inch balls. Roll in coconut, chopped nuts or leave plain. Re-chill if mixture becomes too soft. Cover and store in refrigerator. If desired, re-roll in original coating before serving.
