Whiskey Sausage5 pounds sausage, sliced into 2-inch pieces 2 cups packed brown sugar 2 cups ketchup 4 ounces whiskey Mix sugar, ketchup and whiskey. In a crockpot, layer sausage, then sauce, and keep repeating, ending with sauce. Cook on LOW overnight.
