1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 medium cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 garlic clove, pressed
1 tablespoon fresh dill weed or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed Mix together all ingredients, season with salt and pepper.Yield: 1 cup Serve with fresh vegetable for dipping. Can also be used as a sandwich spread; to do so, substitute cream cheese for the sour cream.
