Devils on Horseback1 pound chicken livers
Butter
24 walnut or pecan halves
24 prunes, seeded
24 slices bacon
Salt and pepper, to tasteSaut? the chicken livers in butter, then cut into 3/4-inch cubes. Salt and pepper to taste. Stuff each prune with a slice of chicken liver and a walnut half. Wrap each prune with a bacon slice and secure with a wooden pick. Grill 5 minutes or until bacon is crisp.Serve hot.Makes 24.
