Mediterranean RubUse as a coating for pork chops, ribs, tenderloin or kabobs. Zest of 2 lemons 1/3 cup thinly sliced garlic cloves 1/3 cup fresh rosemary leaves 1/4 cup fresh sage leaves 1/4 cup coarsely ground black pepper 2 tablespoons salt Combine ingredients in the bowl of a food processor. Process until garlic, herbs and lemon zest are chopped finely and ingredients are thoroughly combined. Store tightly covered in the refrigerator. Makes about 1 cup.
