Smoky Beef 'n' Beans1 pound ground beef 1 cup chopped onion 12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled 2 cans pork and beans 1 can kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 can butter beans, drained 1 cup catsup 1/4 cup packed brown sugar 3 tablespoons vinegar 1 teaspoon liquid smoke 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper In a skillet, cook the beet and onion until meat is no longer pink; drain. Transfer to a crockpot. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 7 hours. Yields 8 servings.
