Never Fail Popovers2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon saltBreak eggs into bowl. Add milk, flour, and salt. Mix well. Grease an 8-cup muffin tin. Divide mixture into 8 parts, and fill tin. Turn oven heat to 425 degrees F. Put popovers into COLD OVEN. Bake 37 minutes without peeking!
