Popcorn Bread4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
3 (13 ounce) cans evaporated milk
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
3 cups popcorn meal ** Grind 2 cups popcorn.Mix all ingredients in order given flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, milk, eggs, oil and popcorn meal. Pour into two greased loaf pans; bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
