Pumpkin PancakesThis is a moist, tender pancake. 2 cups biscuit mix 2 tablespoons brown sugar 2 teaspoons cinnamon 1 teaspoon allspice 1 1/2 cups milk 1/2 cup canned pumpkin 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Combine biscuit mix, brown sugar, allspice and cinnamon. Add milk, pumpkin, oil, eggs and vanilla extract. Beat until smooth. Cook on lightly greased and heated griddle.
