Splatter Dabs1 cup sourdough starter
1 cup all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon granulated sugar Mix all and beat. Pour or ladle onto a hot griddle. Turn over when bubbles form on top of the Splatter Dabs.
