GanachePosted by ginnyo at recipegoldmine.com 6 ounces semisweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces 1 cup heavy cream Scald heavy cream. Pour over chocolate that has been placed in a medium bowl. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir until smooth. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
