Peanut Butter FrostingYield: Will frost one 9 x 13-inch sheet cake or a double layer cake. 2/3 cup butter, softened 1/3 cup peanut butter 4 cups confectioners' sugar 4 to 5 tablespoons milk 1 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts In medium bowl, combine butter and peanut butter. Blend with mixer on low speed 1 to 2 minutes until fluffy. Add confectioners' sugar and continue beating. Add milk a little at a time until desired consistency. Frost cake and sprinkle with chocolate chips and peanuts.
