Caramel Fluff Frosting1 1/2 cups brown sugar 6 tablespoons cold water 3 egg whites 1/4 teaspoon salt Combine all ingredients in top of double boiler. Beat constantly with electric mixer until mixture forms soft peaks. This will frost the top and sides of three (8-inch) layers.
