Marshmallow FrostingThis is very easy to make, and it can be made in advance. 3 egg whites 2/3 cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons corn syrup 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Over double boiler, beat all ingredients until firm peaks form, approximately 7 minutes. Allow to cool completely before icing cake.
