Hobo Onion Large onion
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
Salt
Pepper Score onion across the the top several times and place in aluminum foil. Put butter, salt and pepper on top of onion and close the foil securely. Set directly in the fire and cook approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Unwrap and enjoy!
