Cream Cheese Fudge4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate 8 ounces cream cheese 4 cups confectioners? sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1/2 to 2 cups pecans or walnuts, or however many you prefer Melt chocolate in microwave, then cool to room temperature. With cream cheese at room temperature, mix cream cheese with chocolate. Add confectioners? sugar and vanilla extract. Pat into an 8- or 9-inch pan. Refrigerate a couple of hours before cutting. If you want a peanut butter flavor, add 1/2 cup peanut butter and increase sugar to 5 cups.
