Recipe for Easy Fudge from the Candy section.
Easy Fudge3 (6 ounce) packages semisweet chocolate chips 1 can sweetened condensed milk Dash of salt 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract 1/2 cup chopped nuts Melt chocolate over boiling water in double boiler, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly in 8-inch square pan lined with wax paper. Chill for at least 2 hours. Turn out on cutting board. Peel off wax paper and cut into squares. Keep leftover fudge tightly covered. Yields 1 3/4 pounds.
