Recipe for Hawaiian Fudge from the Candy section.
Hawaiian Fudge2 cups granulated sugar 1/2 cup cream 1/2 cup pineapple chunks 1 tablespoon butter 1/2 cup pecans Cook sugar and cream together until it reaches the soft-ball stage. Add butter, pineapple and pecans and beat until thick and creamy. Turn onto buttered plate. Tint part of the candy pale green, if desired.
