No-Bake Fruit Balls1 (6 ounce) package mixed dried fruit bits 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts 1/2 cup brandy 1/4 cup butter, softened 1/4 cup corn syrup 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs Confectioners' sugar In a small bowl stir together fruit, nuts and brandy; let stand for 1 hour. In a medium bowl beat butter and corn syrup until well blended. Gradually beat in crumbs until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add fruit mixture; mix well. Shape into 3/4-inch balls, wetting hands if mixture becomes dry. Roll balls in confectioners' sugar. Store in an airtight container up to 1 month or until ready to serve. Makes 60.
