Liver Casserole1/2 pound liver Flour 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 soup can milk or water 1 can French fried onion rings Cut liver into 1 1/2 x 2-inch strips. Flour, season and brown. Mix remaining ingredients and place in a casserole. Place liver on top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or more.
