Barbecued Chicken4 tablespoon brown sugar 4 tablespoons vinegar 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 2 tablespoons vegetable oil or melted margarine 1 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon mustard (optional) 1/2 to 1 cup catsup 1 whole cut chicken or favorite pieces with skin removed Mix all ingredients except chicken. Dip chicken in sauce. Pour remainder over chicken. Bake in a 13 x 9-inch covered casserole at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours. Yields 4 to 6 servings.
