Marmalade Chicken2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 cup orange marmalade 2 cups herbed seasoned stuffing 1/2 cup melted margarine or butter Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spread chicken pieces with marmalade (the more you use the sweeter it will be, so spread according to taste). Coat with stuffing. Place in a greased 2-quart casserole dish. Drizzle top with margarine or butter. Bake for 30 minutes until brown and crispy.
