Arrange chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle chicken with paprika. Bake at 400 degrees F for 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and rice is done. Stir rice before serving. * Substitute 3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain rice for brown rice and increase water to 1 1/2 cups. Decrease cooking temperature to 375 degrees F. Serves 4.
