Astronaut Pudding1/8 cup any flavor instant pudding mix
1/4 cup milk (not low fat) Put both ingredients into a zip-type bag. Close the bag securely. Gently knead mixture until pudding forms. Snip off one of the corners and squeeze the pudding into your mouth.
