Cream Cheese Christmas Tarts1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 3 ounces cream cheese 1 cup all-purpose flour Let cheese and butter soften at room temperature. Mix in flour to get a consistency of pie dough. Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Press into muffin tins, making small tarts. Prick with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees F until done. Fill with any flavor pie filling. Top with a dollop of whipped cream for serving, if desired.
