Broccoli Stuffing Bake8 cups milk 6 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese 16 beaten eggs 12 cups herb seasoned croutons 8 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed 1 teaspoon salt Heat milk and cheese in saucepan until blended. Gradually stir hot mixture into eggs in mixing bowl. Add croutons, broccoli and salt. Mix well. Turn into four greased 2-quart casseroles. Bake at 325 degrees F for 45 minutes. Serves 32-40.
