Spanish Chicken8 to 10 pieces washed chicken 1 small can tomato paste 1 can beer 1 large jar green olives with pimientos Place washed chicken parts in bottom of crockpot. Pour entire jar of olives, including juice, over chicken. In a separate bowl, mix beer and tomato paste together. Pour into crockpot. Cook for several hours on LOW heat. Serve over hot rice, using the juice for gravy. Serves 6 to 8.
