Silverado Stew1 pound ground beef 1 large onion, diced 1 (15- or 16-ounce) can creamed corn 1 (15- or 16-ounce) can Veg-All, undrained 1 (15- or 16-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained 1 (15- or 16-ounce) can peas, undrained 1 (15- or 16-ounce) can cut green beans, undrained 1 (15- or 16-ounce can Spanish rice 1 (10-ounce) can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chiles, undrained 1/2 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon chili powder 1/2 teaspoon salt Brown meat and onion; drain. Place in crockpot. Empty cans into crockpot. Add spices, stir, and cover. Cook on LOW for 6 hours. Makes 5 quarts.
