Fantastic Stew1 1/2 cups tomato juice
1 pound stew meat
6 medium potatoes, chunked
6 medium carrots, chunked
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 cup celery, diced
2 tablespoons Minute tapioca
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper Mix all ingredients in crockpot. Cook on LOW for 15 hours.
