Rancho Chili1 1/2 pounds beef stew meat, cubed 1 medium onion, chopped 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce 1 can kidney beans 1 to 2 tablespoons chili powder 1/2 to 1 teaspoon Tabasco or hot sauce Place all ingredients in crockpot. Mix well and cover. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or on HIGH for 4 to 5 hours. Serves 4.
