Rhubarb Dumplings1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 2 tablespoons cornstarch 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon Mix together. Pour this mixture over 4 cups rhubarb which have been cup up and placed in flat baking dish. Mix the following ingredients forming a batter and drop by spoonfuls over the rhubarb: 1 cup all-purpose flour 1/3 cup granulated sugar 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/3 cup milk 4 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 teaspoons baking powder Last sprinkle with 1/4 cup finely chopped pecan nuts and 1 teaspoon orange rind. Bake 25 minutes at 400 degrees F.
