Lime Daiquiri SorbetMakes 1 quart. 2 1/2 cups fresh lime juice (10 to 12 large limes) Grated zest of 3 limes 1 1/3 cups granulated sugar 1 cup rum 1/2 cup water Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor fitted with the metal blade. Freeze in an ice cream maker, following manufacturer's instructions.
