Midori CheesecakeCrust 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs 1/2 cup butter, melted Filling 24 ounces cream cheese 1 cup granulated sugar 1/8 teaspoon salt 4 eggs 2 tablespoons Midori liqueur Mix crust ingredients and press in springform pan. Mix filling ingredients and pour into crust. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Turn off oven, prop open door, and let cheesecake sit until completely cooled. Remove cheesecake from oven, loosen cheesecake from edge of pan and refrigerate until ready to serve.
