Ruby Red Dressing1/2 cup currant jelly
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Dash of salt
Few drops onion juice Beat jelly with fork until it is smooth; add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. This is good on oranges, grapefruits or pears.
