Honey SurpriseThis is a wonderful gift for honey lovers. It is delicious on English muffins and bagels. 1 jar honey
1 cinnamon stick
2 whole cloves
2 whole allspice Put honey into an attractive jar. Add cinnamon stick, cloves and allspice. Set container in a bowl of hot water for 20 minutes for flavors to develop. Put lid on jar, and attach a wide ribbon around the lid, tying in a wooden honey server.
