Whipped Gelatin IcingThis icing is great on angel food cake! 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained well 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup granulated sugar 1 small box gelatin (any flavor desired) 1 pint whipping cream Boil pineapple, water and sugar for 5 minutes. Add gelatin. Stir well. Set aside; let cool until starting to gel. Beat whipping cream and then stir the gelatin mixture into the whipped cream. Ice angel food cake.
