Lime Chiffon Salad20 large marshmallows 3 ounces cream cheese 1 small box lime gelatin 1 (13 ounce) can evaporated milk, chilled 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained Melt marshmallows and cream cheese in top of double boiler until softened. Dissolve gelatin as directed on package. Add marshmallow mixture. Chill until slightly thick then beat until smooth. Whip evaporated milk until stiff. Fold in first mixture; add pineapple. Stir all together and pour into mold.
