Recipe for Lime Ambrosia Salad from the Jello section.
Lime Ambrosia Salad2 small boxes lime gelatin 2 cups boiling water 2 (8.25 ounce) cans crushed pineapple in syrup 1/2 cup cold water 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows 1/2 cup flaked coconut Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in pineapple with syrup and cold water. Chill until mixture mounds from a spoon. Stir in evaporated milk, marshmallows and coconut. Pour into a 6-cup mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto lettuce leaves.
