Graham Cracker Cake1/2 cup butter or margarine 1 cup granulated sugar 3 eggs, separated 1 (16 ounce) package graham cracker crumbs 1 1/2 cups milk 3 teaspoons baking powder Cream butter, sugar and egg yolks; add crumbs, milk and baking powder. Mix well. Fold in egg whites. Bake in 2 (8-inch) round pans at 325 degrees F to 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. Frosting 1/2 cup butter or margarine 1 pound confectioners' sugar 1 egg Lemon juice, to taste Beat confectioners' sugar and egg until smooth. Add lemon juice to taste; beat in butter until creamy smooth. Frost cool cake.
