Turkey Hash8 cups leftover turkey broth or chicken broth 1 cup diced onion 2 cups chopped potatoes 3 cups chopped, cooked turkey 2 teaspoons sage Salt and pepper to taste Bring the broth to a boil; add onion and potatoes and cook for 20 minutes or until tender. Stir in turkey and seasonings. Simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. Serve with cornbread. Yield: 6-8 servings.
