Porcupine Meatballs1 1/2 pounds ground round 1/2 cup uncooked rice 1 egg 1 onion, chopped Salt and pepper Mix all ingredients and shape into balls. Put into a baking dish. Pour 1 can tomato soup mixed with 1 can water over the meatballs. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours. Turn once or twice during baking.
