Olive Meatballs1 pound ground beef Salt and pepper or seasoned salt 1 cup chopped stuffed olives 1 cup bread crumbs 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 medium can mushrooms, with liquid 1 cup sour cream Combine beef, salt, pepper (or seasoned salt), olives, crumbs and egg; form into balls. Brown on all sides; add mushrooms and liquid. Simmer for 20 minutes; add sour cream. Heat thoroughly. Good served over rice.
