1 small onion (chopped)
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg (beaten)
Salt and pepper to taste Mix well and put into a loaf pan or 2-quart square Pyrex baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 1/2 hours. A topping can be made with a mixture of tomato soup and yellow prepared mustard. Mix to taste and top meatloaf.
