Herb Rice Mix1 cup uncooked rice 2 beef bouillon cubes 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon rosemary 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 1 teaspoon dried scallion flakes Store in airtight bags or container. To use, add Herb Rice Mix to 2 cups cold water and 1 tablespoon butter in a heavy saucepan. When mixture boils, stir once with fork; reduce heat to medium-low. Cover tightly and simmer 12 to 14 minutes, or until all liquid is absorbed. Serves 4.
