Yogurt Pastry2/3 cup sifted all-purpose flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons shortening 3 tablespoons plain yogurt Stir flour and salt together; cut in shortening until pieces are the size of small peas. Add yogurt. Gently stir with a fork until all the mixture is moistened. Form into a ball. Flatten dough on lightly floured surface. Roll 1/8-inch thick. Fit pastry into 8-inch pie plate. Flute edges. Prick well with fork. Bake at 450 degrees F until golden, about 10 minutes.
