Sweet Capellini Easter Pie1/2 pound capellini or fine noodles 1 teaspoon Crisco 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 1 pound Ricotta 1 teaspoon vanilla or lemon extract 8 eggs Boil and drain noodles well. While still warm, add sugar and Crisco. Cool. Add Ricotta, extract and eggs; beat eggs first. Bake in square pan; grease well. Bake at 350 degrees F about 1 hour.
