Topped Chops4 (4 ounce) boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick Vegetable oil 1 teaspoon black pepper 1/2 cup chicken broth 1 tablespoon lemon juice Chunky applesauce with cinnamon Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Brush chops lightly with oil, and brown on both sides, turning once, about 3 to 4 minutes. Sprinkle pepper over the chops; add broth, lemon juice, and chunky applesauce with cinnamon. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer gently for 5 minutes. NOTE: in place of applesauce, you may use broccoli and cheese or salsa and cheese.
