Worcestershire Potatoes6 medium potatoes 1/2 cup butter 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon paprika Cut potatoes into julienne strips. Boil in lightly salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Cover cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spread with potatoes. Melt butter in small saucepan. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt and paprika. Heat thoroughly. Brush potatoes with sauce. Bake at 375 degrees F until brown and crisp, about 15 to 20 minutes.
