Maple Syrup JellyThis is an old-time recipe. 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 1/2 cups pure maple syrup 1 bottle liquid fruit pectin Place lemon juice in medium bowl. Add maple syrup and fruit pectin. Stir well. Pour into 2 (8 ounce) sterilized jelly jars. Cover at once with lids. Let stand at room temperature for 3 days to set.
