Hawaiian Bread2 cups granulated sugar 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup chopped pecans 3 eggs, beaten 1 cup vegetable oil 1/2 cup water 2 cups mashed ripe banana 1 cup crushed pineapple with juice 2 teaspoons vanilla extract Sift sugar, flour, salt, baking soda and cinnamon; add nuts. Reserve. Beat eggs in large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients. Mix slightly with wooden spoon. Add dry ingredients, stirring just until batter is moistened. Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 5 minutes, or until done. Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pans.
